SURVIVING AND ALIVE

Surviving and alive

Kicking to strive

Climbing to achieve the heights

Wanting to align to the world outside

Are we obligated to oblige

Or do we dare to disappoint the world outside

To survive and stay alive

Surviving and alive

Walking on the thin line

Trembling and falling each time

Hurting thy own self with the rules set by the world outside which none is obligated to oblige

Surviving and alive

Dancing all night or

are we waiting for the internal chaos to subside

Depleting the reserves for fulfilling the obligation which are not even mine

Surviving and alive

By masking the feeling inside

Having that smile while hurting inside

Feeling obligated to oblige

Surviving and alive

Only when one draws a line.
