(Poem by Soumya)

Life will never be the same with you gone

Never to come back, forever withdrawn

Life and death are white and black

A stark contrast, no turning back

Memories bring shades of hue

The colours of love, forever true

Scenes may change, the world may spin

But in my heart, you still begin

To fill the spaces, now empty and cold

Your absence too heavy, too hard to hold

Few things may fade, time may pass

But the love we shared, will ever last

Time and again, I close my eyes

And there you are, in my skies

Vivid memories of your touch

Of your laughter, of your clutch

With you gone, life will never be the same

But in my heart, you'll forever remain

The sun shines bright, the birds sing high

But in my heart, there's a silent cry

For the love we shared, the memories we made

The moments we treasured, the promises we laid

Life may go on, the world may turn

But in my heart, your fire will forever burn

Gone but not forgotten, you live on

In every sunrise, in every dawn

In every whisper, in every song

In every wave of the sea or the wind by gone

In the laughter of children, in the dance of a tree

in my heart, forever remain thee

But With you gone, same life will never be
